Luck of the Draw
It's M-Rated but not NSFW.
But it's a really good story, a tiny bit on the wangsty side but not enough to spoil the fic. Basically Tails and Rouge are both living in a crapsack world, some huge incident having happened to them both, and then the law of connection kicks in and they fall in love. I suck at descriptions; it's really, really well written. I highly recommend you check it out.
I give it 10 outta 10 stars.
