Physical Description: A really large Grizzly (or rather a Grizzly/Kodiak cross), in proportion should be about fifteen feet tall, but is instead just six-three, meaning he's very wide, and he's also fairly fat (he weighs about two tons). Wears blue or black jeans with either a red, blue, or "black" t-shirt with at least one hole or stain, and brown steel-toed work boots.
Personality: Usually fairly paranoid, but if he doesn't see you as a threat, or if you're both in a non-threatening situation, he can actually be helpful. Just don't bother him, or you'll have hell to pay, usually patient, and pessimistic.
Special Abilities: Durability; Horace not only has a generous layer of fat that tends to cause bullets to start breaking up (it is mostly water, and if you watch Mythbusters regularly, you know what happens to high-speed bullets in water), and his muscles have a lot of protein fibers that aren't tensile fibers, but they protect the ones that are. Horace also has a dense skeleton where all short bones are completely solid, and most long bones only have the red marrow at the ends, and are solid through the rest of the length, and all are at least a little larger than normal, like his skull. Horace's vertebrae are much bigger though, to the extent that the articulation joints are completely encased in bone, but can still articulate. Horace's immune system is also quite aggressive and alert, meaning that he'll never suffer any ill effects from any pathogen. Horace also has an intimate knowledge of internal combustion engines and automotive systems, as well as a solid fundamental understanding of mechanisms and mechanical concepts such as hydrostatics, mechanical and chemical thrust and mechanical multiplication of force.
Weaknesses: Incredibly slow: two tons of mass tend to slow organisms down. Untrained in combat; Horace hasn't had to fight much, so if he does, he just goes about it naturalistically, and without any defined style. Allergies; Horace's immune system is so aggressive that it tends to attack and raise the alert for any substance that is not a native cell, but some allergens are worse than others. Horace usually gets the "hay fever" symptoms for a vast majority of environmental allergens, though antihistamines trigger a greater response, resulting in hives and rashes. Two allergens are the most dangerous though, as they trigger anaphylaxis: titanium and insect venom. This is why Horace carries a generic "epi-pen", which delivers a vary large dose of epinephrine.

Personality: Aurélie is very French. In mannerisms, dress, and speech. She's very flirtatious, but also not one to be trifled with. Beneath that tight little dress lay at least five blades which she'll often use without hesitation. She doesn't go around killing everyone she sees, but if she captures someone and the price tag reads "Dead or Alive" she'll enjoy the kill, making it as bad as her mood wishes.
Special Abilities: Her knife control and sword skills. And even disarmed, she's a terror. She may look harmless, but she can literally rip your head off if the motivation's there.
Weaknesses: tends to think of everything as a game; overly violent at times; handsome, strong men

It wasn't until she was thirteen that she was privy to a great family secret thanks to a trip to the library (she was supposed to be organizing books as a punishment after getting in a fight and breaking several facial bones of a classmate). She read a passage that caught her attention and, after a bit more digging, learned that her family were royal assassins. Wealthy ones, at that. Her father was a deserter and her mother a former duchess. At this news, the dog set off on her own against her parents' wishes to begin her training. Bored with following orders, she left her family and her country to travel the world and let her bloodlust free.

Profession: Depends on age (unemployed at ages 1-15, retail at ages 16-24, mathematician at ages 25-33, math and technology teacher at a community college from ages 34-41, math chair at a prestigious university at ages 42 to the day she dies, which won't be for quite some time)
Physical description: Hedgehog with purple fur accented by quite a few black spots, much lighter purple straight hair (instead of stiffening into quills); during puberty she grows rather large breasts (but not too large), a fairly trim figure with visible muscle definition, and just a healthy amount of fat in the right places (so from about 13 on, Megan is hot!). Megan throughout her life usually wears fairly loose jeans, and regular t-shirts as a child, but changes to wearing v-neck shirts at 13.
Personality: Megan is not very social, as she has Asperger Syndrome, a mild form of Autism, and doesn't quite understand non-verbal communication for about the first decade of her life, but starts to become proficient through incredibly heavy usage, but prefers to solve problems with people by violent means. Megan also has a heavily Pythagoran view of the world, seeing everything as mathematical data and patterns, which gives her some distinct advantages, and she likes to arrange loose objects into mathematical patterns, like arranging a garden hose in the park into a perfect sine wave in standard position (or cosine wave, as they just have a one pi phase shift of diffrence).
Special abilities: Megan is highly proficent in mathematics and engineering, and can make complex mental calculations on the fly, allowing her to usually predict the very near future, like the travel of a moving object and the force and location of its impact. Megan is also quite strong (about the same level of strenth as Knuckles, though Megan can't do things that Knuckles can).
Weaknesses: Megan, as I mentioned earlier, has Asperger Syndrome. Megan is also deuteranopic, meaning she's red-green colorblind, unheard of in females. Megan is also mute, and also can't run very fast or without pain (her feet are built to take vertical loads, and thus are't very flexible). Megan is also relatively unexperienced in serious combat.
Other: Megan is the only genetic engineering project of Julian Ivo Robotnik. Julian wanted to try something different than whet he normally does, and looked into his grandfather's items for some inspiration: he finds all of Gerald's incredibly detailed notes on Project: Shadow, including the entire genome map of the anthropomorphic African Pygmy Hedgehog. Julian tries his hand at genetic modification, and makes a few "boo-boos", like using his own genes for neural development (which weren't fully compatable). Julian accelerated the development of the project, cramming four years of growth into one, and designates the result GME-01, version alpha. Megan isn't mad at Julian, but instead sees him as her "daddy", and Julian treats Megan just like his biological daughter.

Special Abilities: Capable of lifting two tons in armor, half a ton out, enhanced eyesight, enhanced hearing, enhanced speed, enhanced durability, enhanced bone strength, enhanced reaction time (further inhanced in armor). Yeah, he's a Sparton. Top-notch sniper. Tech specialist (modified several of his weapons his suit, and his vehicles), and he can drive a variety of vehicles rather well. He's also a stealth expert.
Weaknesses: He doesn't work as well in close quarters as he does at long range, but he does well enough to perform above the standards of the Sparton program.
Other: His pet peeve is someone messing with his stuff and marks that are easy. He tends to get around in either a modified pelican or a modified TT warthog. His armor is capable of using active and chameleon camoflauge and is nigh undectable by modern technology. Also, this guy is sure-shot. One of the best shots around. Hell, give him a sniper and the guy will pop your head open at two miles during a F2 tornado (exageration for point). Finnaly, he's the leader of Shadow Squad, his merc group which operate from various bases across the planet.
Standard weapons: Hard Sound Sniper rifle and battle rifle arranged in an 'X' fashion on back; energy sword in waist holster; a pistol on the outside of each leg at thigh-level; carries 4 frag and plasma grenades, 2 fire bomb and spike grenades.
Standard equipment: tripmine (modified to remove noise and light) under guns on back, deployable cover below the left pistol, bubble shield below right pistol, and a Jackal arm shield on his left arm .

Personality: Kirin is pretty darn lazy, taking naps and going with the flow of things and rarely putting much effort into anything, unless it's any type of combat. Then, he gets hyped up.
Special Abilities: Kirin's special abilities are, high-level swordmanship and moving at high-level speeds. Though not like Sonic, he can't just break out into a supersonic run, he just moves rather quickly around short distances, actually bouncing off the walls.
Weaknesses: He's lazy, so he doesn't put much into things, also after using a majority of his battle attacks--because of his young age-- becomes rather tired afterwards.
