What's your favorite track from an old video game? (By 'old' I'll say pre-2000)
I'm quite partial to Storm Eagle and Boomer Kuwanger's themes from MegaMan X, as well as Snake Man's theme from Mega Man 3.
Although, this being a primarily Sonic-based forum I feel I should also include that in my top 5 are Mystic Cave Zone from Sonic 2 and the boss theme from the Game Gear version of said game.

Corneria is pretty awesome, yeah. Also, since I made that post, two snippets that aren't even really songs from Mega Man 3:
1. the Boss Chosen theme from the NES version is probably the most epic of the original six.
2. The 'Get a Weapon' theme from the GB version is awesome, too.
