Star shook her head. "I actually have to wait for Trip to get here. He usually walks me home."

Donna after Yoko's call began walking to the daycare.

Star smiled. "Oh, did you all want anything to drink?"

Smiling, the fox flew several feet above the sidewalk. As he drew nearer to the daycare, he floated down, landing almost directly in front of Donna. "Oh, hi. Sorry about that."

"Hard or soft?" Yoko asked.

"Soft. We're on duty." Marcus corrected him.

Donna was startled at first but smiled.

"Hi cutey. Im Donna." She said, extending a hand.

"I don't keep liquor at the daycare anyway. Limited soda, mostly juice and water."

He smiled shyly, taking it. "My name's Trip."

"We'll have some water thanks."

"Trip.." she repeated, then leaned in and kissed him lightly on the lips.

"When I said you were cute I meant it." She teased in a quiet voice.

"Okay, sure." She walked back into the kitchen and Sunny sat on the couch, frowning.

"So why do we need bodyguards? It was just the one guy."

He blushed brightly, taking a quick step back. "I, uh... Have to go... meet my mom."

"There may be more next time." Yoko said, sitting down next to her.

Marcus followed her to the kitchen.

"What a coincidence, my older brother is in there too." She purred.

Star glanced back, smiling. "You didn't have to come with me."

"I... Really?"

"Isnt it?"

"I have to make sure no one jumps out of the shadows to kidnap you." He mused.

"Yup." She took his hand.

"That was sarcasm," she muttered.

She sighed. "Listen... Don't say things like that around my son."

He blushed and started inside. "Um... yeah..."

"As was I." HE said dully.

"It would be better to tell him."

Donna walked with him inside.

"Hello everyone."

She took her eyes over him, frowning. "You didn't sound like it," she grumbled, looking up. "Hey, Trip."

The fox smiled. "Hi, Sunny."

She sighed. "I know, but I don't want to."

"Hey Donna. Go easy on him."

"You're no fun."

"How esle would you explain me comming over?"

He looked over at Yoko, puzzled. "Um... Hi. Who are you?"

"I don't know..."

"I'm the police. There was a break-in. We have reason to belive that your mother and her friend are being hunted by an ecomental terrorist group."

"Looks like Yoko just spilled it." Marcus said.

Trip was out of the room in a shot and grabbed his mother, eyes wide. "Are you okay?!"

Star sighed. "Damn... I'm fine, Trip."

"It's ok son. We're police officers." Marcus said sternly.

He glanced up. "Uh... Sure."

Star smiled. "Come on, honey. Let's go home."

Marcus and Yoko left the room and began walking with Star Sunny and Trip.

At a crosswalk, Sunny saluted them. "This is my stop. See you guys later."

Star smiled. "Bye, Sunny. See you tomorrow. Early."

"How early?"

"An hour."

"Fuck..."

Yoko went with sunny.

"Make sure Donna doesnt get into trouble."

MArcus laughed and went with Star Trip and Donna.

"Don't worry I will."

Sunny studied him, frowning. "Seriously?"

Trip blushed, not looking at the girl. Star only smiled. "Our place isn't too far."

"Yes. First off we cant let you get killed by the gang. And capturing them may lead us to their base of operations. Also, Donna would be home alone without me there."

"Good." MArcus said. Donna leered at the boy, boring holes in the back of his head.

Her eyes rolled. "Fine. Whatever."
