Trip smiled, amused, then looked over when he heard Dusk's phone ring. "They here?"

"Let's find out." Dusk answered the phone. "Hey."

"Hi!" Lyra grinned, tail wagging. "We're about there. Maybe like five more minutes. You're all at Cross's house, right?"

"Yeah. Everything checks out, here."

She giggled. "Good! So what's my surprise?"

"Now, how would it be a surprise, if I told you? You'll just have to see for yourself."

She sighed heavily. "Fine. I guess you'll have the wait the whole nine months to see your surprise, too." And she hung up.

Aurora burst out laughing. "What a way to tell him!"

Shine giggled. "Now that's an awesome way to break the news!"

Dusk's mouth hung wide open, the phone slipping from his hand. He didn't believe it...

Lyra giggled. "Well, I just had to! I couldn't not tell him!"

Pavo sat up straight. "What? What the hell happened?"

"And if he said he finally moved in?" Luna asked, grinning. "What would you have done?"

The wolf blinked, picked his phone back up, stowed it away. He then looked down, a somber look on his face.

"Dusk," Zavier said, getting to his feet. Even though the two always butted heads, he treated Dusk like a brother to him, though he'd never let him know. "What happened?"

His eyes glanced over Zavier, heaved a heavy sigh. "...Lyra's pregnant." He then flashed the brightest grin he ever managed.

"I would've said, 'Good. Now we won't have to argue about where the baby lives.' And then hung up." She grinned, tail wagging. "Yue, can you drive faster?"

Pavo jumped up. "Holy shit! Pay up, Sirius!"

"Why? We're here." She pulled into a parking space, cut the engine.

Zavier laughed, pulling Dusk into a headlock, and grinding his knuckles into his head. "I knew you had it in you, boy!"

"Yeah, me too! Now get off!" Dusk flung the wolf off of him, grinning madly.

Sirius laughed, tossing a roll of money to Pavo. "Congrats, Dusk."

She reached over, leaned on the horn to announce their presence and Aurora bolted from the car, hands clapped over her ears. "Arf! Lyra, stop it!"

"Sorry!"

Sirius was the first out the house, wrapped his arms around Aurora. "That sound didn't bother you much, did it?"

Dusk was quickly out as well, smiling brightly. "Cute, Sirius. Now, where's my Lyra?"

Aurora licked his face happily. "What have you been doing all day?"

Lyra bounced out of the car, pounced on Dusk. "Hi!"

"Working. Now, if you'll stay still for a second, I've got a surprise for you."

Dusk caught her easily, twirled her a few times before setting her down. "And how's my favorite soon-to-be mother? I hope you had a good time!"

She giggled. "I get my surprise already?"

"Fantastic time." She hugged him tightly, tail wagging. "How was your day, soon-to-be-father?"

Trip was out soon enough, opened the driver's side door for Yue. "Had fun?"

"It's already way overdue. If I put it off anymore, I'll have to kill myself."

"Busy." He let his tail wag all over the place. He was too happy to care. "At least we know where the baby's staying."

Yue smiled, stepping out and giving the fox a loving hug. "Yes, we did. How about you?"

She hugged him tightly, lapping at his face. "I'd hate that."

She cocked her head to the side, then squealed. "Finally! Oh my god, Dusk!!"

He nuzzled her, smiling. "Plenty of fun."

Armande opened the back door, bodily lifting Shine from it. He scanned his eyes over Danny, gave a nod of approval before kissing his wife.

He laughed, gave a fond lick back. "Okay, okay! Relax, so I can get this done!"

He grinned. "If not for the mess in Europe, I'd have moved in months ago. I was all packed and everything."

She giggled softly, nuzzling back. "Good. I hope it didn't leave you too drained."

Shine kissed back, purring. "They kids weren't too much trouble, were they?"

Dart was out next, pulled Danny into his own arms. "So, did you have a good time?" he asked, smiling.

Her tail wagged excitedly. "Okay!"

She blinked, then licked him, fused her mouth to his.

"I'm too used to them to be that drained. So Dawn was on the stage today?"

"Well, after we stopped moving, yes." He kissed her again. "Your mother had them the rest of the time." He smiled slightly. "Unless you count Z and Pavo as children."

When she saw him, her eyes lit with pure, unhindered joy. "Dart!" she exclaimed, nuzzling him. "It was so much fun!"

He took a step back, away from her, got to one knee. He pulled a small box from a pocket, opened it for her to see. "Aurora, will you marry me?"

He sank into the kiss, tail wagging. God, how he loved her...

At the mention of her name, Dawn looked up, blushed. "Um, yes."

"Why don't you tell me all about it?" Zavier said, pulling her out of the car. Immediately, the collie wrapped her arms around him. He smiled, stroked her hair. "Come on. Let's find someplace quiet." He strode back to the house, Dawn cradled in his arms.

She laughed. "Bingo. Now, I feel like saying hi to my little nieces and nephews."

He chuckled. "That's good to hear. Do you plan on doing that again, someday?"

Tear's sprang into the spaniel's eyes. "Oh, Sirius!"

"I want to see it." Lyra nuzzled him, smiling.

"Mama!" Nat scrambled over, grinning. "You're back!"

Trip smiled, hoisting his son. "Yeah, let's go see the babies."

"Yes." Danny nodded, purring softly. She drew back slightly. "Do I look okay?"

He smiled gently. "Well? Will you?"

Dusk smiled gently, stroking her hair. "Guess we'd better head home, then."

Yue laughed softly, ruffled her son's hair. "Hey, Nat. You didn't cause too much trouble, did you?"

He smiled warmly, taking a good look at her. "You look wonderful."

"Of course I will!"

Tail wagging, she pressed close. "Yes."

"No." He smiled widely. "I've been good."

Trip smiled, kissed his wife softly.

Armande nodded, nuzzling her. "And then home."

She blushed. "Thank you."

Pavo strolled out of the house, lifted Luna and twirled her happily. "So we didn't break any of your stuff and I swear Z didn't touch your underwear."
