"Oh yeah, congrats about that, by the way." He stated with a smile.

Katherine shook her head, "Shame we were tied up with other stuff at the time."

Star smiled. "It's fine. Come on in."

"Yeah, and don't destroy anything, intentional or otherwise." His smile faltered slightly. He rarely poked fun at Shine's pregnancy - he knew better than anyone, save Star, how hard it was just for the operation to enable it, let alone the actual pregnancy, which was much tougher on her, especially after miscarrying the first time. After the miracle that was Shine, they agreed to leave it at that, not wanting to risk Star's life on another.

Star took her husband's hand, licking his cheek before leading him inside.

"Thanks Star. It is good to see you folk again." The three walked into the house. "Hey Nova, we made more holes for you to fill!"

Nova's eye twitched slightly. "This is really gettin' old, fast." The two holes were filled in an instant, the grass returning as well. "That 60k better be in my account by the time we arrive in Europe."

"Sixty grand for two seconds of work?" Sunny grinned widely. "I like it."

"Damn right. I ain't runnin' a charity on my powers, especially for these BSU Syndrome humans."

"Yeah, yeah." He stated with a dismissive wave, chuckling all the while.

"We got cash to spare. One would be amazed at just how easily priceless jewels convert to large amounts of cash." Laughed Katherine.

"Well good. You have no idea how often Cross' lawn or other gets totaled."

"Enough to keep you from going broke," Cross said, smirking. "Especially with your bad gambling streak."

"Shut it, Sparky."

He laughed, "So he's still an utter failure at gambling? Why am I not surprised?"

That got a laugh from the girls.

"...I can easily jump the rates up a couple hundred grand."

"He'll do it, too," Elesis said. "I had him fix something, joked about it, and the price damn near tripled!"

Aurélie smiled. "'Ow else would we survive?"

"Keyword, priceless jewels."

"Why don't you just stop gambling?" Suggest Katherine with a smirk.

"Why don't fish just live on land?" Star quipped.

Danny was studying the new human curiously. "Mew?"
