"This is Sever, we're talking about. He's put you, Danny, and who knows how many other people, most if not all women, through a living hell, and killed many more - if he gets any lower, I wouldn't be surprised. That's why we're gonna put a stop to him, once and for all."

"No, Cross... He was Danny's... He was her first. She called it initiation." It was disgusting. Everything he usually did was horrifying or twisted; this just made her feel sick.

His eyes widened, unable to hide the shock. He did what?? In an instant, he felt lightheaded, sick to his stomach, furious, saddened, and overall hateful, all at once. He was even scared that his dangerous persona would resurface, with an all new unknown fury.

In the emotional storm, he found himself unable to respond physically. His body just locked in place, trembling severely.

"Christ, it's him all over again..." he growled out. "Shit, I'll cutting contact with my friend then...we have enough problems without him losing it and getting involved..."

Star laid her head on the echidna's shoulder, shivering. "God, you should've seen Dart's face... He didn't even know that."

After a moment, he finally seized control of his body, clung to her, his opaque eyes returning to normal. "...I can only imagine," he said, panting heavily. That was the breaker. He was going to make sure Sever suffered to no end. He had over thirty years of torment to pay for, and he would make sure he did in full - surplus, if he could manage it - long before he ever got the sweet taste of death.

The hedgecat sniffled, clinging tightly. He was a bastard. A sickening, horrifying, disgusting bastard!

He snarled softly. "...When I find him... I'm gonna rip that bastard's spine out."

And hearing Cross say things like that only made her more... No. No, they didn't make her worry more. They made her want to grin with morbid excitement.

His eyes grew dark with hatred. "...Every single death, every ounce of pain, every bit of suffering - you, Danny, Briggs, Crystal, Zidane's little girl, and God knows how many others - I'm going to turn it all on him, with interest... And maybe afterward, I'll grant him death."

She straddled him, entirely forgetting that Damien was in the room, and fused her mouth to his.

His hands hooked her thighs as he sank in, bringing them over to the couch. He just barely remembered their guest, and signaled him to leave with a wave, not bothering to break the kiss.

He was already getting up. "Yeah...see you two later...might as well get some sleep..." he walked off.

Ignoring the human - hardly even hearing him - Star tugged off her husband's shirt, mouth going to his chest.

Cross had already undid his pants, hands moving to rid Star of hers.

She helped him, tugging them down quickly and thrusting to take him deep. "Oh!"

He groaned, hands taking a hold of her ass, hips working into her.

Her eyes closed, soft sounds emitting with each thrust. "Cross," she moaned.

"Star..." No matter how down either of them was, just being together lifted their spirits. He loved it. He loved her.

"I... Ah!" She cried out, moving as quickly as she could. "I... love... you. Oh, Cross..."

He groaned, easily matching her speed. "Star... I love... you too..."

It wasn't long before she let go, head falling back on a moan.

He wasn't done yet. Eyes dark with desire, he sat up and laid her back, continuing to pound into her.

She opened her eyes, meeting his gaze. "Cross...!"

Though his eyes were dark, he could still see her. No matter what stress he felt, even the deep anger and hatred he felt for Sever, he could only feel love, when he looked in her eyes. All the same, that didn't stop his aggressive pounding into her.
