Simply put, this is a Left4Dead RP that traipses through Mobius. Now I, your humble Writer, shall be playing the ever sadistic role of The Director.

For those of you not in the know, The Director is the name of the program in the game series that dictates the placement and spawning of all Infected and weapon spawns (both location, number, and what kinds as well as ammo stacks).

Simply put, the zombies and weapon locations are mine bitches. Can you survive my utter sadism, or will you perish at the hands of my horde?

Remember that you can only carry 1 main weapon, 1 sub-weapon (1-2 pistols or melee), 1 healing item, and 1 molotov cocktail, pipe bomb, or bile bomb. There are only 2 kinds of weapons with infinite ammo here people, pistols and mounted guns!

You have the green light on powers people, just remember that those characters will find themselves frequently being targets by special infected.

You can bring your own weapons if you want to, otherwise in-game weapons will be provided at weapon spawns and Safe-houses.

There are no limits to the number of characters participating, but do remember that the larger number, the larger and stronger the horde. You can bring non-Sonic fancharacters in through the magical powers of the plothole. No explanation or reason needed.

Just remember, piss me off, and I'll drop an apocalyptic number of tanks on your asses.

Location: Station Square; Suburban Safe Room; 10 miles from downtown
Time: 12 PM (Noon); 2 weeks after Patient Zero
Weapons in Safe-house: Pistol; Pump Shotgun; Submachine Gun; Baseball Bat; Crowbar; Axe; Pipe Bomb; Molotov Cocktail
Healing Items: Med-kit and Pain Pills

Our survivors awaken from slumber greeted by the non-too-pleasent smell of the well-used Safe Room. The distant sound of moaning Common Infected further reminding them that this is not a fucked up re-accuring nightmare. All weapons and healing items are piled up on a table by the door aside from the med-kits which are inside of an appropriately-marked medical cabinet. Also on the table is an impressive stack of ammo, usable for virtually any weapon including any personal weapons that the survivor may have on them.

Kale sighed, leaning against the wall. "This is some craaaazy shit. Alright, let's take a head count. Who've we got here?"

"Will you cut that shit out already?" Briggs demanded, cracking his knuckles idly. His claws extended slightly in reaction to his outburst.

"Seriously," Nova added, giving his own neck a good massage. Not the most comfortable sleeping conditions, but at least he and his "brother" were still alive. "You asked that before we turned in; I think we're all still here."

"Alright, alright. Just makin' sure. Anyway, better grab some extra weapons, just in case." He refilled his own, specially modified pistol's ammo and browsed the selection of weapons in the safe room. He eyed a crowbar and picked it up, inspecting it. "Yeah... I think this'll work nicely." He also took a submachine gun. He then held up the Med-Kit. "Er, anyone know how to use one 'a these?"

"No, but I can learn quick," Nova said, moving to grab the shotgun, then turned to Briggs. "You want?"

"Damn right." He easily caught the tossed weapon. "Gimme the pipe bomb, too." Nova handed this to him a bit more carefully.

"Guess I'll take these..." Nova muttered, grabbing the axe and molotov.

"What? No gun?"

"I'm good with this. Got my own skills."

"Whatever."

Kale noticed Nova's molotov. "Aw, I wanted the fire bomb..." he mumbled to himself. "Alright, so everyone set?"

"One more sec." Briggs grabbed the extra pistol off the table, placed it on the hip opposite his own piece, then pocketed the pain pills. "Now I'm ready."

"So, any idea where we're even going?" Nova asked, idly twirling his axe.

A military helicopter flies by over the house, heading straight for downtown. On its side is the Red Cross symbol.

A voice calls out from a megaphone. "Attention all survivors, evac station has been relocated to Twinkle Park, please make your way there for evac."

"Well, you heard 'im. Twinkle Park it is. Let's rock." He looked out of the bars on the door, ensuring there were no Infected in the way. "We're clear." He unlatched the door and kicked it open. "Let's move!"

There are a few common infected shambling through the streets in front of the house. They haven't noticed the survivors just yet.

"Those could be a problem," Kale muttered, drawing his crowbar. "Quick and quiet, boys. Don't wanna draw attention to ourselves."

Briggs has his two pistols trained on them, but does not shoot. "No shit," he said quietly, looking in the direction of downtown. "We should be able to sneak right by 'em." Taking point, he starts down the sidewalk, Nova close on his tail.

Kale followed.

The closer they head to the city, the more infected they see. Within the hour, Kale is attacked by a screeching Hunter. The noise attracts the attention of the horde and no less than thirty common infected charge towards them.

"Shit!" Briggs opens fire on the oncoming horde, shouting "Get Kale!" to Nova.

Drawing his axe, Nova moves for the Hunter-pinned hedgefox, bringing his weapon down on the monster.

He shoved the corpse off of him, stood up, and brushed himself off. Then he took to a run. "I'm okay, let's go!"
[I'm sort of wondering why this is becoming a Doctor Who crossover, but I'll roll with it.]

"A little help, guys!" Briggs shouted, the horde, though less than before, practically on top of him. He had already switched to the shotgun, pumping shells into them as fast as he could.

Kale fired the submachine gun at the horde, channeling electrical energy through his hand and in turn into the gun and, more importantly, the bullets it fired. He grinned as the few who weren't killed spasmed and flopped about uselessly on the ground, surging with electricity.

With the last of them dead, Briggs barked, "Come on!" and led the group down a side street.

"God damn, those jumpy bastards hurt," Kale grunted. "Thanks for that, back there."

"Yeah, yeah," Nova muttered, rotating his arm. "Next time, pay a little more attention. You not hurt too bad, right?"

"I've been better, but I'll live. But right now, let's not worry about me. Our priority is to get to Twinkle Park in one piece."

The area was quiet once more. No infected in sight or hearing range. Some would mark it as more off-putting than being surrounded by the groaning horde. Silence is never a good thing.

But the only obstacles in their path are a few wrecked cars. Some bearing massive dents in them probably caused by a rampaging Tank.

Kale slowed a bit to take the sight in.
"I don't wanna cliché anything, but I don't like how quiet it is..." He then saw the cars. "And what the fuck did that?"

"Shit..." Briggs cursed, looking at one of the dented cars. "A Tank already?"

"Can't be too close, right?" Nova asked, ears straining. "I mean, it's dead-quiet around here..."
